Not much in the way of brotherhood. Seem more worried about reputation.

Had an amazing social with them this week. Haven't been to Delt Sigs in years but they're definitely back. Their younger guys are too much fun.

Coming from a top tier sorority, we started hanging out with these guys a lot this semester and they are awesome. I really don't see the try hard thing either? They could care less about their ranking which is a nice breath of fresh air in the MSU Greek community. Easily a top 5 if not 4 house on campus in my eyes

Weak nationally. Decent chapter here. Not quite sure what sort of criteria they have for choosing guys. Nice guys but just all over the place. unselectiveness will keep them out if the top tier. Obvious try hards and probably 6 to 7 houses in front of them, similar to theta chi.

Great brotherhood and going to benefit from Theta Chi getting kicked off. Horrible location compared to other top houses so that hurts them. Really fun socials and their house is one of the nicest on campus. Their younger guys are better than their older guys. Some of their older brothers are weird and not too social at sorority functions. Their younger guys try a little too hard though. Awesome guys, but too much vineyard vines/TFM stuff. Upper-middle tier. Could be top in a year or so.

seriously with the self ranking? Middle tier house. Just because Theta Chi is gone doesn't mean anything. SAE is a shoe-in once they get their house back next fall and lambda is out of the picture. Some hot guys, some are borderline disgusting. Not at all like Sigma Chi, way more diverse and not close with the top tier sororities. Great brotherhood but just being honest.

I don't think they're close to Pike in popularity wise. Pike is in a league of it's own at MSU. They are however, becoming a mirror image of Sigma Chi. This is both a good and bad thing I guess. I personally really like the guys and the socials they have. I think they'll be a top tier house sooner than you think.

Quickly rising in popularity on campus! Didn't like going their earlier in my college career but very, very fun as of late. Their younger guys are wonderful and I genuinely feel safe drinking there (unlike some other MSU fraternities). Campus involvement is growing by the semester as well as popularity among sororities. Only con is their house is in a bad location on grand river (although the house is beautiful) and they all seem straight out of TFM. Maybe too "fratty" at times?

I always have a fun time at Delt sigs. The boys are cute, and this is one of my favorite places to dance at. But they seem to be very interested in where they rank in terms of other fraternities. Also very interested in all the 'frat' things. It can be annoying at times to listen to them talk about their 'frattiness'.
