Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 4.4 Not a top house yet but definitely upper middle tier. They've come a long way since I came to MSU. Maybe a little to into themselves at times but they are genuinely the only large fraternity on campus full of NICE guys. They're definitely on the rise but not top just yet.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 3.8 They are getting more popular. Id put them on track to becoming a top house in the future. They have a few odd guys but for the most part, I think they are a good group of guys. I can also call a few of their brothers my friends, so they have that going for them.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 4.6 Their fall 13 and spring 14 pledge classes are fantastic. Great mix of guys. Sure, you could say some of them are "try-hards", but they're doing a great job with their house. They are very social (I heard Phi loves them now). They do a good job recruiting from pipeline high schools in Michigan (Walled Lake, Brother Rice, Catholic Central) and from out of state (Chicago, California, New York, Minnesota). Only gone up in the ranks in the past 3 years.
