I'm going to be a sophomore so I've only seen this house for a year but their two most recent pledge classes are really fun and classy, they are a top house in my opinion

a lot of their juniors that are now seniors are great guys, charming and cute, the younger guys care way to much about upholding the frat/tfm image which is pretty annoying at times...but still a great house and fun socials

It's a very good house with a lot of good looking & down to earth gentlemen. The fraternity used to be not as popular or social with sororities but it has really turned it around as it is making it's way toward the top.
