Have a dry house but their annex house parties are awesome. My bet is they turn top tier if they get a large pledge class.

Not the most heard of Fraternity on campus due to their dry chapter house, but their socials at their annexes are always a great time and the guys are always very social and outgoing to make you feel comfortable and have a good time. Definitely moving up
