Will Sigma Nu return in Fall 2016?
If so, will they be back on the row or be homeless?

Rumors seem to be pointing to "yes" but I have yet to hear from any legitimate sources that Sigma Nu is coming back.
Their alumni own their house, so they would be able to move into it the year after they come back. They can't move in their first year because they have no actives to start the year with so they wouldn't have anyone to live in the house.

Sigma nu was invited to recolonize this coming fall. They would not be able to live in their house until they are chartered by nationals. Some houses on the row are owned by the chapters (Kappa sig, phi psi, delta sig) either themselves or through alumni. Others are owned by aztec shops. The apartments (stacks) are all owned by aztec shops, the houses are seperate and not necessarily owned by aztec shops.

Kappa Sig, Phi Psi, Sigma Nu, Lambda Chi and Delta Sig all own their houses on the row. I think Phi Kap owns theirs but I'm not completely sure.

They don't own their house. The school owns their house. The stacks are all owned by the school.
