Gphi will never be a top house. It's been the same for years and years and Gphi is stuck in the middle.
The top 3 houses will always be:
Alpha Phi
AXO
PiPhi

DG has shown some improvement. I agree that GPhi is stuck in the middle but they aren't going down at least. I don't see the rankings changing too much anytime soon though unless a sorority gets kicked off or has a big scandal or something
