A friend in Pike told me their alumni are planning on making the old ZBT house their new chapter house in fall. DU is supposedly going to have the empty chapter house between Phi Kapp & SVO (it was the Sammy house until that chapter got the boot in 09) while their new house is being built across the street

One of delta sig or sigma nu is likely to come back next year. They both own houses on frat row. Delta sig is allowed to move back into their old house once they are reinstated on campus, sigma nu would have to wait a year. I haven't heard anything about lambda chi coming back but if they were to come back they'd be in the same situation as sigma nu. Sigma chi isn't coming back any time soon.

Houses recolonizing after being kicked off usually aren't allowed to have a house the second they come back to campus. But since Sigma Nu owns their house they would be able to move in the year after they come back. TKE does not own a house on campus so if they were to come back they would be in the same situation as Pike.
From what I've heard, if we get another fraternity this fall, it will 99% be Sigma Nu or Delta Sig. Sigma Nu has the edge nationally but Delta Sig has actives who still go to SDSU.

So with maybe 3 houses returning to the row you think we will be seeing a revival of the row? Think it will be as crazy as it was back in like 2012?

lol the row will never get back to 2012 and it wasn't even especially crazy then. even if 3 houses come back, it will take years to get them to any sort of level where the can rage. Only relevant houses there are Phi Kap and Phi Psi currently and that won't be changing for a few more years

what about the delta sig house? is delta sig coming back or will it still be vacant? and will lambda chi take back the svo? also, what happens if sigma chi comes back? do they get their old house back?
