Top:
SAE (not on probation, very relevant)
Sig Ep (capped house, managing to also stay quite relevant)
Phi Kap
Top Middle:
Theta Chi (Big house, partying much more and with higher tiered sororities)
Phi Psi (Slightly below Theta Chi, frequent parties and solid relations)
Middle:
Pike (yes they have no house, but they are a very solid group of guys, partying more frequently then they use to with improved set ups/attendance)
AEPi (I put Pike above these guys just because I feel like they are cemented in their "middle" spot, at least pike can still be improving with their new house coming up)
(The rest is interchangeable within their own lower tier)
