pi phi had under a hundred girls going into rush almost every single member of their sorority had to take twins. They have a horrible retention rate and almost every one drops why do people still consider them a top house?

You really question why are they still considered a top house? They're hot. Don't act like the rankings on this site are based on anything else but looks.

Cmon GPhi, don't be salty, just accept that you're not top tier and you won't be getting invited to party at top houses anytime soon. Learn your place and stay there.
