chapter house changes next year

Pike is eligible to get a chapter house this next fall. I've heard they are looking at frat row, but I'm curious which house it's most likely going to be. Maybe the old zbt one facing the arc? Also, since DU is demolishing their current house and building a new house on the same lot, where will their chapter house be next year while the new house is being built? Maybe frat row as well?
If anyone has inside knowledge about either of these houses and where they're going or if there might be any other house changes, reply

There is a possibility that both pike and du will be living in the row. Also sigma nu is coming back. Row life returns.

If my understanding of the rules is right, I don't think Sig Nu is going to get their house back right away since they will fall into the "new chapter" category if they come on in fall. If Delta Sig comes back on though, they would be coming back from a suspension and not an expulsion and would be considered a "returning chapter" and technically could be eligible to get their house back immediately

Sig Nu is confirmed coming back this fall, don't know about anyone else. But they can't get their house back yet since they are starting over fresh. DU and Pike will both be on the row in fall though

So Delta Sig will probably never be back then? The university isn't going to allow more than 1 fraternity back per year and if they were coming back at all it would probably be as soon as their suspension is over.
