Wouldn't call it a huge drop from the top to middle tier anymore, phi Kap is on thin ice, phi psi is blowing people's expectations, and theta chi, if they can sort a few things out, will be just there with these other two trying to compete for that 3rd spot

Doesn't matter if phikap is on thin ice. They kick it with the girls those other house wish they could party with. Houses like theta chi and aepi try to have preparty with top houses and those girls minus a few think it's creepy and sad.

This is obviously a Pike. No one who isn't in Pike sees them as anything but the absolute bottom house!

How is it a joke? Once you get past #6 all the bottom houses are basically interchangeable with each other but Pike is definitely last.
