are any new fraternities coming back spring 2016?

Generally new fraternities will recolonize at the start of the school year so it's more likely that we have to wait until Fall 2016. As of Fall 2016, Sigma Nu and Delta Sigma Phi are newly eligible to return, but that doesn't necessarily mean they will return.

Until the number of PNM's significantly increases, we won't be seeing a new fraternity at SDSU for a while. We need to see the numbers increase for all chapters before we consider adding a new one.

I don't think growing chapter size is a priority for IFC. The bigger a chapter is, the more potential there is for it to run into trouble. Many fraternities here are small in membership because they want to be small. It's not like Panhellenic
