should be phikap, phi psi, and theta chi all tied for third because of phi kaps probation two years in a row. Without it they'd be for sure a dominant 3rd but they're just going downhill now.

This is really accurate especially for this school year so far. I guess people agree if there are more upvotes than downvotes. All the other lists have more downvotes than upvotes. Not this one tho.

With all the upvotes this is definitely accurate but I'll just put in my two cents. Every other frat hates on Pike and calls them the bottom house. Yet, their dream girl is an APhi and top house girls go to their parties. That's a lot more than you can say about the other bottom houses, and Pike doesn't even have a house yet...Hate to say it, but next year Pike is without a doubt moving into the middle tier.
