should i drop

I'm a freshman and I joined one of the "top" sorority houses. To be honest I'm not really sure if I fit in. The girls are sweet but I haven't really clicked with anybody a whole lot yet. I really liked what is apparently considered a "middle house" during rush and feel I may fit in a lot better there, but they dropped me after house tours. Is it worth dropping the house I am in now and rushing again next year? or should I just wait it out and see if I find more girls I get along with

to be honest that sounds like a judgement call. however, i would check with panhel to see if there are any rules about dropping and re-rushing (they may not allow it after one semester, maybe even the next fall) but like i said im not sure.

Keep in mind that you just finished rushing and not that much time has passed. Sometimes it takes awhile in sororities that are so large to find the girls you will click with. I'd give it a little more time and make sure you're reaching out to the girls you think you'd like. Ask them out for coffee. I hope it work out for you.

If the house you wanted dropped you this year, they will not take you next year. So either stick it out or decide not to go Greek.

my freshman year i got a bid to KD dropped re rushed and got a "top" house that dropped me the year before
