coming from a girl theta chi is bombbbbbb. SAE might be decent to look at but they are the douchiest frat on campus haha! i dont know much about sig ep. I was pleasantly surprised at the attractive guys in pike too. Phi psi i havent seen

SAE is the hottest for sure but I'd say Theta Chi has really nice guys who are pretty cute too. Theta Chi's PC definitely did the best "moving up"-wise this year too.

Theta chi is a top house now, no one can say they don't party with the top sororities cause that's basically all that go now

yo phi psi actually pulled some hotties so props to them haha sae's are attractive on the outside but a solid 96% ruin it with how creepy they are. just cause you're in a top house doesn't mean everyone wants to sleep with you
