Theta chi is only getting relevance because of their new house... people are gonna start doing the same when DU gets their new house, its all actually pretty funny

Except Theta Chi was 4th or 5th house last year too, while DU was bottom tier. Their new house MIGHT get them to lower middle instead of bottom, but I kinda doubt it. A house doesn't change the fact that most of the active chapter are goobers, and with an active chapter of goobers recruiting more people like them the only thing a nice house will do is bring in slightly less weird kids.
