SAE and SigEp are the top two houses right now, but with phi kap being on probation for two years in a row and theta chi and phi psi moving up, opinions on what will change the next year or two?

That until Phi Kap gets kicked off completely, Theta Chi/Phi Psi will never overtake them. The dropoff from the top 3 is just too big.
