This is honestly how they are ranked, the top three houses all hangout with the same frats, middle three hangout with same frats and lower two hangout with same frats. Those are the people who are in the same social circles and are, for the most part, the people who will be at the same parties. The actual number order of top to bottom is truly just personal opinion.
