phi kapp still at top?
by: WhySince phi kapp has been on probation for a year and now another, what makes them still a top house?
#1by: Nothing.
Nothing does. The fact that they still party while on probation keeps them "cool" gives them the "we don't care about rules" vibe which for some reason keeps them on top. They'll be kicked off soon, they keep getting in more trouble but they don't change their behavior.
Basically? Top tier fraternities at sdsu don't last. They rage for 2 to 5 years and eventually get kicked off. Middle to middle upper tier is where you wanna stay if you want your house to last longer than 5 years.

Comparing Phi Kap and sig chi and or sae is not a thing. Phi Kap doesn't have the alumni, isn't big/old enough, and they stay on probation.

You could have said the exact same thing about Sigma Chi 3 years ago and they got kicked off anyway. So no, SAE isn't truly safe from getting kicked off.
