recruitment
by: Greek Life
This goes to everyone, men and woman rushing this year. Joining a sorority or a fraternity is one of the most rewarding experices in your 4 years at college. Being a senior this year, I could not be more grateful for the house I joined. Every house has different things to offer, but overall we all want the same thing. Joining a sorority is much more then the parties ( eventhough they are fun), it's the people you meet when you are there. These people build you up and inspire you and if you are worried about the ranks than you are joining for the wrong reason. You will find your home, it might take a little while or it might be right away but take the chance in this process.
Do not give up on recruitment no matter what. Stick it through... And it will be worth it. Everything happened for a reason

I think most people would soundly second your post. Hear hear! You got it right. Go with the group that most speaks to you as an organization - NOT on some sort of "ranking" - this stuff is totally skewed (screwed) - and will not help you find the right sisterhood / brotherhood for YOU. Go with your gut - and go with the process. We've done this for a long time and if you trust the process - there will be a wonderful Greek experience for you.
