TOP
1) SAE- Biggest parties, hottest girls at parties, large budget, alumni backed
2) Sig Ep- Classy version of SAE. Dont rage as hard though, solid group of men who still party with the hottest girls
3) Phi Kapp- In the middle between SAE and SIGEP when it comes to their personalities. Alot of typical Socal dudes. Solid parties. Ragers
MIDDLE (Upper mid, middle, lower mid)
4/5)Theta Chi/ AEPi- These 2 are interchangeable. OX has their new house coming to them which will make every girl wet. But always have trouble getting events with AXO and APhi though, im sure their new house will make it happen though. AEPi actually does throw parties and events with top tier sororities even though their religious. They do rage.
Upper middle house.
6) Phi Psi- Got a great Fall 2014 class. SOLID middle house. Filled with average dudes. Chill with KD, DG and GPhi. Solid middle.
7) ZBT- Everybody hates on them. Have been on campus for a while. Decent party setups. Solid set of groupies. Small. Lower middle house.
8 ) FIJI- Pretty much the lowest of the middle houses but they have been on the upswing this Fall. Lower middle house
BOTTOM
9) DU- Yes, the dudes are weird, and they may not be the coolest guys, but their pretty classy overall but most are creeps.
10) KSig- New on campus, have a place on Frat Row, try hards though. Decent setups.
11) PIKE- New, need a house, 120ish dudes
12) Phi Delt- Dont need to explain. Fire and Ice looked empty....
13) KA- 35 members..

You honestly believe it was an AEPi who wrote this just because they ranked them as TIED for fourth..? They're pretty much tied with both theta chi and phi psy as of now.

It's also based on sorority relations, physical houses, whether or not the guys are weird/creepy, the attractiveness of the members, and sports. If you don't wanna rank them on this what else is there? If they're nice? If they won greek week (which no one cares about in the slightest)? Rank em by gpa? Community service (which every house does)?
