upper/ lower tiers

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the gap between the upper/middle tiers with the bottom tiers. Like the upper and middle tiers are always involved on campus and have a huge campus presence but then the last two (DZ and AGD) are lacking members and campus presence.. Some people I've met don't even consider the AGD a "real sorority"..

I feel like people choose not to notice them.
I see AGD and DZ a decent amount around campus even though they have smaller chapters.

I've noticed it too. Also, why do all the sororities have those panhellenic tote bags except for DZ and agd??

DZ does have the tote bags, but they also have backpacks, just depends on preference of the girl wearing it
