Who's taking over theta chi's current house (sig chi's old house) when they move into their new one?

Sig Chi should bulldoze that POS. Then again, not one house on campus is decent. Sig Ep spent millions to make it barely habitable, and Frat Row is a joke. Not one house is structurally great, minus a couple sorority houses.

I'll take sig chi's "pos" over being on frat row any day though. But really, does anyone have a clue who's taking over the house after theta chi leaves?
