They actually could be 4th, obviously there is a big drop off from 3rd to 4th but I'm not sure any house outside of the top tier is ahead of Theta Chi

This is so incredibly off. Heres an accurate list of the sororities:
Alpha Phi
AXO
Pi Phi
G Phi
DG
KD
DZ
AGD
and as far as the frats go:
SAE
PHI KAP
SIG EP
THETA CHI
PHI PSI
AEPI
and the rest are equally bottom houses.

You do realize your list is nearly identical to the one that was originally posted. You switched like 2 things in spots where its pretty interchangeable (sigep v. PKT & Pi Phi v. AXO).
