by: TransferI am looking to transfer back to California for next year. wanted to try something new so i left, but i miss Cali. This semester i joined Theta Chi and am going to stay involved if i transfer. This site isn't the most accurate, and even though on here it has a lot of good things about them I still don't care for their rank on this website, stuff like that isn't reliable. I don't want any top house arguments, i just wanted to know what the chapter is like. I've heard good things about them, just wanted opinions before I made up my mind on transferring, its between a few schools, all with chapters. So was just curious about what people think of them here.

Theta chi is a respectable house. They won the dean's trophy, they are rather new so I don't believe their house has solidified yet, (i.e. there are a variety of members) their gpa is very high, and they have a new house being constructed that should be completed soon. The are involved on campus as far as I know, and are involved on ifc (exec positions). I don't know how well they do in ifc sports. As far as the social scene goes, they mingle with everyone. Good luck in your transfer.

I love this house. They may not be the hottest guys but I can't honestly say I've never had a bad time with them. They have the best brotherhood on campus and no one has anything bad to say about them. I have a blast there whether Im at a party or even if Im just hanging out or studying with them. They have given me more memories than anyone else. Join this house.
