fall 2014 fraternity rankings

We all know who the top 3 are...
1) SAE - Best parties at State (except for Fall 13 - Phi Kap won that battle)
2) Sig Ep - always solid, had good socials, decent pledge class
3) Phi Kap - Half of the guys got kicked out, got a good pledge class but as of right now I still consider them 3rd because they are still on campus as of now.. and I love them <3

4) Theta Chi - Theta Chi have officially become the try-hards of Sig Ep but are doing a good job at it. Won the Deans trophy, top GPA, got a good pledge class but their parties are only okay, nothing special.
5) Phi Psi - Stepped their game up this year, also got a good pledge class, parties were better than expected, actually raging, had a great time. They need to show consistency though, also have a good pledge class.
6) AEPI - Have not really improved since last year, have decent to good parties, again nothing special. They need to put more effort in and have a okay pledge class.

7) Delta Sig - new on campus, put in a ton of effort, okay pledge class, and decent to good parties but need to prove their worth for a year or two.
8) Kappa Sig - back on campus, they throw sub-par parties, people show up, does not ever get raging though, also when you take a pledge class of 60 guys you do not get quality.
