They didn't take anyone's place. They've had their own house. And it's actually the biggest house on fraternity row.

The actual house seemed about the same as the rest, but the courtyard was the biggest by far. I think the SVO has a big house, but they only have one bedroom in theirs.

I'm tired of the "largest fraternity in the USA" BS... Kappa Sig will not be here, there's only room for one crown in America's finest city.

House, affiliate, whatever, Kappa Sig is not relevant to SDSU.

You're just mad cuz they'll be top tier faster than you. I can't see them breaking into the top within the next few years but I could definitely see them becoming upper-mid tier. They party harder than all the other mid-tiers, and at this school that's pretty much all rankings seem to be based on.

You all can hate on them all you want but looking at them compared to all the other new houses, they're actually movin up and if they can get a good fall class they're gonna go right past theta chi and zbt.

That house WAS Kappa Sigs before they got lost it after getting in trouble. They're just moving back into it. It was always their house.
