Spring 2025 Frat Updates

This based on parties SPRING 2025 Post dry period -- IN ORDER

Sigma Chi (parties are NOT top, but their reputation, relations, and Philo is. With the power vacuum this is the temporary result)
KA (Slight trend up, good party)
Phi Delt (losing house, solid party)
AEPi (Slight trend up, solid party, retained stack)
Delta Sig (fall off needs to be studied, party was empty and they had chance to be top this semester with everyone gone)
TKE (sometimes questionable)
DU (may lose stack)
Sigma Nu (gaining house trending up could jump quite a bit)
ZBT Mid
Beta irrelevant but gaining house next year
D Chi homeless
Phi Tau

Phi Psi - will be kicked (for a zillion reasons)
SAE (kicked)
Sig Ep (kicked)
Pike (kicked)

They own the Phi Delt house through their alumni association. Phi Delt has a lease on that house that ends either this June or next June (sources vary on which one). Once Phi Delt's lease ends they will take their house back. Either way, they're still the awkward kids who didn't get any bids.

They got half of phi psi’s pc and a few sae’s in spring. On top of that, they’re the only frat that gets weekly aphi pre parties. Would be surprised if they aren’t top next year.

The fire thing happened like 2 years ago if they were going to kick Phi Psi off it would have happened by now.

D sig and TKE both have solid parties and really bad parties, wildly inconsistent, AEPi has been surprisingly consistent thus far, while KA has has a strong start to the semester and Sig Chi is the same.
