What happened to THETA CHI?

I saw they had a sick house at SDSU. What happened to them? Are they still there or did they get kicked off?

Who occupies their house now if so?

Been technically eligible to come back since Fall 2023 but hasn't happened yet.

Kappa Sigma took over their house after they got kicked off and then KSigs got kicked off as well.
