KD vs Theta and why

It def used to be KD with better relations and events, but since all the relations changed via frats climbing and falling, I would say theta now, better house too. It is so close I would not worry that much. Historically KD trending theta. both down to earth houses and friendly

We invite KD, not so much Theta. KD shows up and is a lot of fun. I know a lot of hot and cool girls in both

KD for sure. they have some very hot girls right now and I can see them rising back to where they were traditionally. The only girls I know from theta joined freshman year and have dropped. I think it’s expensive.

That’s simply not true. There is no frat worth going to that Theta gets into that KD does not get into. I’m in a middle srat too and can tell you this. KD does still have better invites although theta has less discrimination than in previous years. I have a lot of friends in borh
