Beware of these Frats

Before you rush any of these Frats be aware:

SAE - suspended, hospitalized members of spring PC (chance of getting kicked off)
Phi Psi - going to get kicked off for turning a pledge into a human torch
KA - going to get suspended for multiple violations (this one is BRAND NEW)
Delt - Bad allegation a year ago, but they kicked him out of the chapter
SNU - essentially pike (pike got kicked off for hazing it was that crazy.
Delt P.2 - are going to lose there stack in 2 years
Just know what you sign up for this are all very high risk IMO. proceed at your own risk

The Phi Delt thing was only an allegation. He was never charged and hasn't been found civilly liable yet.

Your totally right, however school reputation is a real thing, the bigger concern is the house for them by far, most people forgot about it
