KA probably is going to get suspended. I won't rush their tbh, better options anyways

I doubt this will get them kicked off but they are going to be on thin ice the rest of the semester

If they do not get suspended it will be the biggest double standard of all time, I do not want them to be tho, but it would be crazy bias not to at this point

Not really, it is still very much a case by case basis. If the transport got the alcohol at the house it’s different than if the person shows up drunk and the frat calls to protect themselves (and the person)
If IFC works rhe way it’s supposed to it takes all this into consideration

Your right they called themselves which is good and they don't get alc trouble. Shouldn't they get in trouble for throwing during dry period regardless at chapter?

They did get suspended for throwing during dry before so it makes sense since this is that squared
