😂 no you don’t. They can’t say they don’t or nobody will rush. There r no open chapter houses except maybe aepi’s old house but it’s ass. Reality is that the fall off is imminent, but the actives now will be too old to care

Dchi tried so hard to get the AEPi house and failed, so I have zero faith that will happen

They do not have a house lined up. AEPi/Fiji's old house seems unlikely (dchi failed to move in), best case scenario Phi psi gets kicked and they move in there. They will try hard to get somewhere, but with no house signed, or even lined up the risk as a freshman rushing would be insane when you could rush any other frat. That is not biased, that is just what it is at the moment.
