SNU housing situation

A satellite house is simply an off-campus house where all (or at least most) of the residents are in the same fraternity so sure.

They already have a few satellites, since they have pike remnants. The people living there won't likely be actually in snu, since they can't join, but maybe unofficially affiliated. Every chapter has satellites, its nothing special. They don't have a chapter house which is uber important for throwing parties. I wouldn't rush there personally (horrible hazing and no chapter house). If I were you I would rush Sig Chi, AEPi, and DSig. They all have different vibes, but sorority relations and a chapter house. If you have friends in another chapter, that might be also worth it to check out. But you have to show up to all the events bcs trust me they are meeting after every event to discuss who they like.
