I feel like it’s unrealistic to believe that snu is gonna be bottom. They have so many groupies and top house sorority friends that they’ll have good parties. Plus all the pike guys social bidded they’re gonna be fine. No house is rough but they’ll be right around tke without one.

You are a 34 y/o Sigma Nu recruiter. They have NO groupies. They have NO top house sorority friends. They have been dormant for 8 years now so it doesn't matter at all what they were like before they were kicked.

Pike was already a bottom feeder before they got kicked and the guys who were initiated cannot jump ship to Sigma Nu so their numbers will be down significantly.

Lastly, having an actual chapter house is like, the bare minimum for a frat/srat to move up the rankings and Sigma Nu won't have one for their first 2 years.

Sigma Nu is homeless. They can't be better than KA or TKE.

The reality here is no Freshman should rush snu, so they are going to be fighting uphill to get a pc, I wouldn't take a bid from them over any middle/upper middle frats. But SNU will have more actives than beta or phi tau, and heck probably sig ep (maybe not officially, but unofficially, which is insane year one with a stack on the way). However Pike has a horrible legacy that snu will inherit, I personally would not touch them with a 10 foot pole. They lack morals and character. They will be upper bottom, with a clear growth plan to middle in the near future.

New houses always start at the bottom regardless of their letters. Even if they take the best alpha class anyone's ever seen they are between DU and Delta Chi this time next year, best case scenario.

DU is way higher they have 3 times the actives of sig ep. I agree on SNU tho evil education without a chapter house.
