Which frats have houses

Phi Psi owns there stack but if they get kicked they would probably rent it out maybe to delt. DChi tried to get AEPi's old house but I heard the school was not a fan of that idea. I would be a little bit concerned personally joining delt since they do not have a house lined up if I was a freshman.

Phi psi getting kicked and phi delt taking their house won’t line up time wise most likely. Dchi would prob get their house over phi delt

Aepi just took pikes stack, so if phi psi does lose theirs if/when they get kicked, that could be another frats home
