Phi psi gone
Pike gone
SAE suspended (chance of being gone)
As a result all the frats should slightly go up except ZBT (lost mansion). Only one that should see a sizeable jump up is AEPi with their new stack.
SNU will start at the bottom with room to grow.
I project Dsig will be also top by the end of the year if SAE keeps getting in trouble at this rate

Pike's pledge class from last school year is all jumping ship to Sigma Nu now. But with losing all their actives and with Pike already being a bottom house to begin with it won't make a difference in them starting at the very bottom. Sigma Nu still owns Phi Delt's house but Phi Delt's lease runs for two more years.

No you can't be a member of more than one fraternity lol! (Pike's actives remain Pikes they just get moved to alumni status)

Sig Ep has a chance to improve, but they need to recruit better guys. I see nothing that make me think there rank will change. Time will tell, anything is possible. Personally I would NOT wager on them.

D sig will be moving upwards as they had a really good year. Very solid fall class but pretty mid spring class so hopefully the can get a good fall class again.
Phi delt def moving up as they had a pretty good year as well.
Aepi will have a stack so we can only expect them to move up as well.
TKE is getting phi delts dayge house which is arguably best on campus so they will also be moving up. They had a pretty good fall and spring class and there parties are already so much better than they were just a couple semesters ago.

I would rather go to a DU dayge and get belligerently drunk than go to a TKE dayge and watch them stand in the corner

SNU is 100% new and will have some pike remnants. Yeah it will be harder to get a bid, but legit show up to all the events and try. You can also use common sense to see if the feeling is mutual.
