I am in a frat, KD is closer to Theta than DG. Now where you want to exactly put KD is up to you, but they are way closer than you think in terms of frat mindset.

Theta is not going to fall off, the school needs way more sororities. As far as frats, smaller frats will become bigger frats and bigger frats will become huge frats, it just might take a second

Our frat both DG and KD. There always a couple Theta who get in but I wouldn’t say theta and kd are alike. Theta has too many weirdos

Theta isn't anywhere close to falling off, all the houses minus the bottom two are gonna have a field day with fall rush. Frat relations for everybody even middle/bottom tier have been improving since the top frats got kicked. Middle tier frats that are heavily associated with KD and Theta are rising too, overall things should be looking up next year I think

it used to be three top frats and three top srats, but a few frats got kicked or in the process of getting kicked, so it will have trickle down effects in every org. It is complicated and an ever changing landscape especially for frats.

Very accurate list tbh I feel like for the mid houses they all the same, same with upper mid. Phi Delt = or maybe just above D sig and KA=TKE=AEPI in terms of ranks just cuz they are always competing and it changes pretty frequently.

I agree this list is probably the best I have seen. Dsig is over delt (acquired mansion, and delt is eventually losing chapter with no clear succession plan in place) AEPi got Pike's stack so they should jump TKE and be almost interchangeable with KA. KA is much bigger, but also way easier to get a bid = less exclusivity. Dealers choice imo, there are also big culture differences as well. But I get your point they are all pretty close.
