Piphi is still above gphi. They are top three and it will not change this year. Even if they dipped, they’re still top 3.
KD and theta are not the same. Theta is growing but so long as they take the last girls left they won’t rise in the rankings. This is from a senior

Yes SNU is going to be bottom.
1. All new houses start at the bottom regardless of their letters.
2. How can SNU have "groupies" when they have no members lol?
3. Fraternities without actual chapter houses are automatically below the ones with actual chapter houses by default.

This would be my only change also, but is it just me or do tiers make more sense plus descriptions/changes than just listing them in a line. It would give way more context, which is the only thing I wish I knew when I rushed

Ong. I love KD, but they are barely above Theta ... on a good day and not close to DG. As long as you aren't in AGD or Chi O you can have plenty of great memories/events.

Literally I have tons of friends in all three sororities and they all had no problem with invites last semester, like it really isn't all that deep obviously mid sororities are gonna have a harder time getting invites to "top" frats but who cares as long as the party is good

There are like 1 or 2 top frats left so this is kind of true. You will have a great experience and party a lot even if you never go to that one house wjps probably kicked anyway.

It's really unlikely this is their first semester they'll start under AGD (which is already a far gap from other sororities), plus nothing tends to be pretty when it first starts but as an incoming freshman you'll be forced to rush ALL the houses either way so you'll have more intel on them after rush

They would have to get dozens and dozens of drop dead gorgeous girls to make any crazy jump. I think that is unlikely and if I had to pick i would just go with an established house. However, they could jump AGD in under a year if all goes right, since AGD is not doing super great. It is possible, just wildly improbable.
