Accurate Frat Descriptions Fall 24

SAE: Elite parties, big ego, lots of substances. Braindead reputation, party with the top sororities. Elite chapter house. Crazy hard “new member education”. Top House, undisputed #1 (suspended atm, habitual rule violations)
Sig Chi: nice guys, white, country stereotype. “Husband material”. Alright parties (not as good as their ranking would indicate, but will likely continue to improve). Party with Top sororities regularly, trending up. Very light “new member education” Shout out to their amazing philanthropy (Derby Days). Very good reputation.
DSig: Good parties, but bad stacks location. Gets rolled too much (cops). Their Triangle/setup is what they are known for and it is pretty sick. Okay, relations. Overall very good, they had a solid last year.
Phi delt. A mix of guys. Cool setups. A bit rude/fraternal. Did well last semester. Very good sorority relations. Party with the top 5. The major concern is they will eventually lose their chapter house very soon (snu).
KA: weird. Hand out bids like a government program. Elite prerush parties (best imo). To put it politely, one of my friends had a very bad experience at a party. Biggest stack (huge good chapter house) Known as Yik Yak merchants
TKE: most clowned on campus. Have had a few solid semesters in a row, but has a mix of some cool guys and a lot of hidden weird. Surprisingly high Ego. Ok parties.
Aepi: Super wholesome vibe. Nice guys, Safest reputation by far. They got Pike's stack for next sem. Every time a frat gets a chapter house upgrade they typically climb. Trending up in fall.
Rest are irrelevant and have at least one major flaw, proceed with caution but I will provide a brief description just for transparency.
DU - Have a stack, good music, diversity
Sig Ep - nothing notable either good or bad
ZBT - weak chapter house, laid-back vibes
Snu- pike remnants - a questionable reputation (Rough “new member education”/getting in trouble with the school), and likely will not have a chapter house for years, good sorority relations
Dchi - no chapter house, you either love or hate the music, diversity
Beta - no chapter house, very small

you literally spam downvoted (30 plus times in less than an hour). you made it more votes (59) than views (50). Try to at least make it look believable next time. This will only get more upvotes over time as REAL people look at this. Whether you love or hate it, this is the general consensus on campus. SAE is top, Sig Chi is a clear second.

I wasn't trying to make it look believable. I was proving a point. You spammed the upvotes on your thread (yes I know you're the op) so I spammed the downvotes. Absolutely no one thinks the upvotes on this post are legit. You also keep copying and pasting this thread and crying every time it gets removed (even if people were reporting it all reporting it does is get an actual human to review it rather than a computer algorithm).
SAE and Sig Chi are top. The rest of this ranking is wack.

What is wrong with this list? As far as stereotypes go it's pretty damn accurate. Ranking order is also accurate. What is wrong with it?

Well for starters Sigma Nu has no sorority relations seeing as they are starting from scratch and haven't been active for years.
