SAE - standoffish but really talkative guys once you interact w them. great parties
Phi Psi - most fratty boys. think they are better than EVERYONE. good parties & good looking guys
Pike/SNU- good looking guys, some very fruity ones, good parties, great dayges
Mid Teir
Sig Chi- boyfriend material, sweet, mid looking, mid parties
Phi Delt- super nice, laid-back friendly guys, mid looking, parties are alright
Dsig- chill, nice guys, mid all around
Lower teir
TKE- not cute, mid parties, good house location

Pike didn't get kicked off. Their letters are still on their house, the judicial reports website says nothing about this and they are still mentioned on the official IFC website and official IFC Instagram.
Still a bottom house tho.
