Where is sigep typically ranked?

I’ve seen them range from upper mid to bottom, so what is the general consensus on sigep?

They are bottom. They are below sae, sig chi, phi delt, dsig, ka, aepi, tke, zbt, du. At least 9 frats are ahead of them. mathematically this means they are a bottom frat. The only positive is they own their own house.
