SAE - own their house through their alumni association
Phi Psi - own their house through their alumni association
Sigma Chi - own their house through their alumni association, also possibly own the old KA house across the street from Kappa Delta
KA - renting their house from Kappa Sigma
Phi Delt - renting their house from Sigma Nu
TKE - own their house through their alumni association
Delta Sig - own their house through their alumni association
AEPi - renting their house from the university
Sig Ep - own their house through their alumni association
DU - renting their house, I'm not sure if Phi Kap owns it or the university does
Pike - renting their house from the university
ZBT - renting their house, I'm not sure if Delta Zeta owns it or the university does
D Chi - homeless
Beta - homeless
Phi Tau - homeless

As for the sororities, I know Theta owns their house and the university owns AGD's house. No idea on the others.

AEPi getting Pike's old stack so D Chi, Beta or Phi Tau can move into their old house. Phi Delt's lease on the Sigma Nu house runs for 2 more years so after that they will have to make other arrangements.

AEPi did get the stack, but I heard DChi was having a hard time trying to get it. It might not have a frat in that house come fall. The school hates greek life

Beta is getting the AGD house (used to be their house like 25 years ago). And then SAE and Sig Ep just got kicked so maybe two of the homeless fraternities or even sororities will move into their houses.

Yes. Judicial reports were updated to include it, they aren't mentioned on the official IFC Instagram anymore and their letters were taken off of their house. If that's not confirmation idk what is.
