Kappa Sigma

What is going on? They were kicked off until 2031 but are still living in the old Theta Chi house. Are they not allowed to be booted until their lease is up? Does Theta Chi not care if they got kicked off?

they’re done. they won’t have the mansion next year. the school bought it and is tearing it down to build more dorms

You got proof of this? Theta Chi is eligible to come back as of next August and one would think they would want to use the great house they already have.

Theta Chi isn't selling the house but Kappa Sig won't be in it next fall.

I’ve heard that because of the lawsuits they’re demoing the house. The landowner and everyone else is being sued
