fraternity row/hardy coming back to life next fal

So rumor has it that next fall, Fraternity row will be a plethora of fraternities. Sig Ep,Delta Sig, Phi Kapp, Kappa Sig, Phi Psi, and DU!? Honestly It's going to be hard to decide which ones to check out. Since we already know Sig Ep and Phi Kapp are top 3. Kind of curious what Kappa Sig and Delta Sig will bring? Any thoughts?

I personally think Delta Sig and Kappa Sig will surprise everyone. And yeah Im excited... frat row will be poppin
