Why the hype .?

I'm new here but I'm just wondering why there is so much hype around SAE. Not trying to hate but I'm genuinely curious. What makes them top house. The parties? They guys? plz lmk.

I think it’s because they had the best guys and parties back in the day but now tbh if you’re in the top like 5-6 fraternities it’s all the same if just depends on who you like more

Honestly ask any girl what their favorite house is and theyll either say sae pike sig chi or phi psi. Once it gets to that upper tier it just depends on where you vibe the most. theres really no consensus
