most under rated chapters?

just wondering what the most under rated chapters are as someone coming in next year? Delta Chi is on my list, along with ka and tke

Delta Chi is probably the most underrated, they are fairly new chapter and are growing. Pretty large nationally. Tke is another good one too, very fast rising and also large nationally. Maybe places like KA or DU as well

Not sure if KA can be underrated because they do have top house girls at their parties. Guys in other houses and on this site really do seem to hate them though.

I would say DX, AGD, and Theta. They have great people and I’ve actually enjoyed socials with them and parties

I was going to say this too. AGDs seems super sweet. They’re are weirdos in my chapter as well. All 9 has them
