This is how I see it and how most other Fraternity members see it. Its based on hotness and partying I am sorry but that is how it is and probably how it will stay.

Top Houses :No specific order cause everyone has their own opinions.

Alpha Phi
AXO
PI Phi

I know a lot of people are trying to squeeze you in third but I just don't see it yet, maybe some day. However I don't believe that you guys are middle so here is your own category:

Gamma Phi

These are middle tier houses again interchangeable:

Kappa Delta
Delta Gamma
Alpha Gamma Delta

And these are the bottom, maybe next year you guys will get more pledges and start to grow:

Delta Zeta
AEPhi

Pi phi couldn't do much this semester but we still love them and they are going to be back in fall, still top house.
