Theta Chi sold their house

They can deny it all they want, but Theta Chi no longer owns the house Kappa Sig currently lives in. The house was sold to a Private student housing company last year. I’ll be shocked if Theta Chi ever comes back at this point.

It’s public knowledge. Whenever a property is sold, it’s recorded with the County Recorders office

Kappa Sig doesn't live their either. Their national website lists the chapter as dormant with 0 members.

Their house is owned by a theta chi housing board. It’s basically owned by a company
