How are sorority/fraternity houses ranked?

Hi! I'm not in Greek Life (considering it for next year though) and I've been reading some of these posts. I'm confused, by what standard are houses ranked? Is it niceness/sociability/looks? You can be honest I'm just curious about it all and slightly confused. Thanks in advance! :)

Sorority: APhi, AXO, Pi Phi, Gphi

sororities are ranked on looks, the most white, skinny, hot ones are ranked higher, those with more diversity and "not as hot" are ranked lower.
Frats are usually ranked on parties, reputation, and how attractive and friendly guys are

this is so false lmao i actually see the most diversity in top & higher middle tier sororities now. its about looks but not about race. if you actually look at new recent members of sororities you'd see this
